Our approach

We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing practice rather than a claim that every interaction will work perfectly for every person or technology.

What the website supports

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
• Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text
• Text resizing and responsive reflow on small screens
• Alternative text for meaningful images
• Reduced motion preferences and strong colour contrast

Communication and service access

Mast Healing welcomes people across bodies, identities, cultures, ages, abilities, and levels of experience. Practices can be adapted, paused, or declined. We use invitational language and will never ask you to push through discomfort to prove progress.

You may use the contact form to share access needs, pronouns, communication preferences, or adaptations that would make an introductory conversation easier. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
