No. Mast Healing provides general wellbeing education, coaching, and restorative practices. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental health conditions, and our services are not a substitute for care from appropriately qualified professionals.
Often, yes. Wellness support can sit alongside care from your health team when it is appropriate to do so. Please tell us about any relevant professional guidance or restrictions, and seek approval from your clinician if you are unsure.
No. Restorative yoga is slow and supported, with options offered throughout. You are encouraged to make choices based on comfort, mobility, energy, and any guidance from your healthcare providers.
Mindful nutrition focuses on flexible skills, awareness, and practical food rhythms rather than restrictive plans or prescribed diets. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or clinical meal plans.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect goal. In an introductory conversation, we can explore what you want support with and which offering may suit you.
