Nourishment without rigid rules

Let food support your life—not control it

Mindful nutrition replaces perfection and moral labels with curiosity. Together, we explore food rhythms that honour your preferences, culture, budget, schedule, access, and the simple pleasure of eating.

Practical details

Practical support, shaped around you

Choose a focused session or a short series to explore patterns over time. Recommendations stay flexible and are developed with you, not prescribed to you.

Mindful nutrition sessions provide general wellbeing education only. They do not provide medical nutrition therapy, eating-disorder treatment, diagnosis, or individual clinical advice. For these needs, please consult an appropriately qualified health professional.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about beginning

Do I need to know which service I want?

Not at all. Tell us what you would like support with, and we can use the introductory conversation to explore which offering—or another kind of support—may be most appropriate.

What happens in an introductory conversation?

We will talk briefly about what brings you to Mast Healing, what you hope to gain, and any access needs or questions you have. We will also explain scope, format, and next steps so you can make an informed choice.

Is Mast Healing a medical or mental health service?

No. Mast Healing provides general wellbeing education, coaching, and restorative practices. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental health conditions, and our services are not a substitute for care from appropriately qualified professionals.

Will I receive a meal plan?

Mindful nutrition focuses on flexible skills, awareness, and practical food rhythms rather than restrictive plans or prescribed diets. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or clinical meal plans.

What if Mast Healing is not the right fit?

We will be honest about our scope. If your needs are outside it, we may suggest seeking a relevant registered or qualified professional. You are always free to decide not to proceed.
