The website contact form checks your entries and prepares a draft in your email application. The website does not send or store the enquiry. If you choose to send that email, Mast Healing may use it to respond, discuss appropriate next steps, keep necessary business records, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not use enquiry details to make automated decisions about you.
Website and service providers
Our hosting provider processes the contact-form request transiently so it can prepare your draft, and your chosen email provider processes the message if you send it. We select providers with appropriate safeguards and share only what is needed for the relevant service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our records, or applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
